Principle Contractor on Europe's largest brown field contaminated remediation scheme of 809ha (2000acre), facilitating new infrastructure, creating a community with housing, schools, businesses and amenities north of Glasgow, Scotland.
The worlds first man-made surfing centre built by D Morgan as Principal Contractor on the site of a former aluminium smelting plant in North Wales. This required significant remediation, dealing with heavy metals and a contaminated high water table including removal of mass concrete foundations which were recycled and reused.
