Our Culture

For over 30 years D Morgan has used a formal training programme, periodically assessing each employee’s role in the business, their Competence and personal development requirements. We aim to deliver the correct level of personal support to the individual whether it is on the job training, mentoring or use of professional courses including our successful graduate training programme. 'You never stop learning'. 

The UK winner for the National Infrastructure Excellence Award 2008 for Health and Safety in competition with both London Heathrow Terminal 5 & St. Pancras Eurostar Terminal. Our Culture remains as embedded as ever today. This is reflected in Our People achieving between 25 & 45 years Long Service Awards.
